"Shipping was a lot slower than expected"
I ordered from Finematter thinking it would show up within a few days, but it felt like it just sat there forever before anything happened. The tracking didn’t really update much either, so I kept checking it myself and wondering if it had even shipped...
The item was totally fine once it finally arrived, so no complaints there. But the delivery took so long that it kind of put me off ordering again anytime soon...

The site seemed trustworthy enough and my order went through without any real issues. I think part of the reason I felt unsure was just bad timing on my end, because I was waiting on updates when I really needed things to be clear. I had to reach out to customer service about my order, and to be fair, they did get back to me with a helpful answer. It just took longer than I’m used to compared with other places I’ve ordered from, so I felt like I had to follow up a bit. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth as I would’ve hoped. I’d probably order again, but quicker replies would make a big difference

"Designs felt boring and not worth the hassle"
I was expecting the jewelry to look a lot nicer, but most of the designs felt plain to me. A few pieces had this awkward style that didn’t really match the price, so I kept having to dig through everything hoping to find something better, which just felt like extra work. Maybe it’s just not my taste, but I didn’t see anything I’d actually want to wear.

The order went okay in the end. I mean, everything arrived and there wasn’t a major issue, but the emails were kind of unclear. I had to reach out to ask where things were at, and the replies took a little while. Not a bad experience overall, just wish they explained the next steps a bit better.

It looked a lot cheaper in person than it did in the photos. The finish had a few little marks on it, and the material felt kind of flimsy, like it wasnt really worth the price.
I was bummed when I opened the box. Maybe I just got a dud or something, but I expected better for what I paid. I probbaly wouldn’t order it again.

I don’t know. I expected a lot better for what I paid. The piece felt rough in spots, kind of uneven too. Like some of the small details were just rushed and not really finished properly. Maybe I got a bad one, but disappointing.

I don’t usually mind dealing with returns if the process is straightforward, and at first I figured this would just be one of those quick send-it-back-and-move-on situations. The item didn’t really work out for me, so I started the return, followed the steps, and waited. It ended up being a lot more hassle than I expected, with more back and forth than feels necessary. After all that, I’m still sitting here without the refund, which is the most frustrating part.

"Checkout just felt off"
I tried checking out and it kept rejecting my card without really explaining why. Then when I switched to PayPal, the whole page froze. I had to start over twice, and at that point my gut was just telling me this wasn’t worth the hassle, so I gave up. Frustrating.

I tried browsing finematter.com because I was genuinely curious about what they had, but I ended up getting frustrated quickly. From my point of view, the site just didn’t feel very smooth to use, pages loaded slowly, the filters kept resetting, and I had to click around way too much to find anything specific.
I also had a rough time on mobile. A few buttons didn’t seem to respond the first time I tapped them, which made the whole experience feel clunky. The products themselves might be lovely, but for me, the website got in the way of actually enjoying the shopping process
